What To Expect

Evening Class Sessions

Class size typically ranges from 10 to 20 participants. The course is experiential and a substantial proportion of class time is spent in mindfulness practices. It also includes brief didactics and small-group and whole-group dialogue.

All-Day Retreat

Retreat day provides an opportunity to experience longer periods of stillness, allowing for a deeper experience. The day includes eating a mindful lunch in silence and the opportunity to practice mindful walking outdoors as weather permits.

“Meditation practice isn’t about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better. It’s about befriending who we already are.”
