If you are unable to attend on Sept 22 but want to participate in the course, arrangements can be made for a brief information session by phone.

What To Expect
Evening Class SessionsClass size typically ranges from 10 to 20 participants. The course is experiential and a substantial proportion of class time is spent in mindfulness practices including sitting practice, mindful walking, body scan, and mindful movement using gentle hatha yoga poses. It also includes brief didactics and small-group and whole-group dialogue.

All-Day RetreatRetreat day provides an opportunity to experience longer periods of stillness, allowing for a deeper experience. The day includes eating a mindful lunch in silence and the opportunity to practice mindful walking outdoors as weather permits.
